- Play 2 sessions a day ✓ ( playing 3 sessions a day, each about a hour )
- Watch more material from CR
- Start posting hands ( Did some nice analysis with my friend maheep )
- Never look at my sexy graph between the sesion ever again! ( still looking, no improvement here )
- Posting hands on forum
- Make a video series with a friend where we observe others game and comment on it
- Finalize the Poker office deal ( Deal is done, moving to the office in the last third week of march ) ✓
- Withdraw 10 buyins to my e-wallet

This are my stats from the start of the year. BB and SB are not the best, however I changed my game a bit, learning from Gordon and my approach to blinds changed abit.

Since the start of my project I have noticed a lot of leaks in my game and my friend maheep taught me how to make the best HH analysis.

So I want to state my observations about NL20:

Observe player stats ( Make sure you have big enough sample )
Check & Evaluate and Think ( Gordons 5 step approach )
Bet bigger on drawy boards
Construct player ranges
Never call a 3bet OOP with dominated hand
Be very tight from early position
Observe player stack sizes
If you get raised on the turn or river you are most likely behind ♠_evil:

Player and Hand Analysis

I will analyse players that i see at the tables regulary.

Some basic stats

Preflop raise and VPIP:

3bet:

So in the first picture we have a reg with extremely low 3bet %, and the second picture there is a reg with 6,5% 3bet.

So vs the guy with 2% 3bet, I would be folding a lot to his 3bets, vs the other type, I would not.

This is as far as the preflop goes.

On the flop we want to look at the Fold to c-bet statistics and decide if he folds enough times to make our c-bet profitable ( obviously in most cases we can improve on later streets ).

Simple example when to cbet for max value:

When we hit the nuts, we obviously want to get paid off, simple look at the fold to flop c-bet can make your life easyer.
In this case our oponend doesnt raise us often but loves to call, we got all his Ax and Kx combos beat, so betting here for value is good as we want to get as much money in as possible.

I will be posting more hands as I move, now I try to put in as much volume as possible.

Year is nearly over so... the force in me is awakening! It is the time of the year when majority recaps on the previous year and results.
I will not hesitate to say It has been a good year for me. I am gratefull for all the lessons and people that I worked with. However I am not going to write essay on that. I find it more interesting to construct a good and solid working frame for the EPIC year of 2016!!!

I have been thinking about making a list of things to do on weekly basis. Some kind of guideline to not get lost. SO!

How are you all! I was lazy on updating this blog with the epic stuff ive been working on. Poker-wise im a small winner over roughly 45 thousands hands at nl10, running below the EV line and being in green numbers due to my rakeback deal.
What to expect in the next 50k hands? I expect to run a bit hotter. In the past three months I had 2 really bad ones where my faith got tested. The reason are there but not going to point it out.
I am working with coach on weekly basis and I can honestly say its great. Unfortunately I do not earn my living yet, but I will get to that part.
I finally started putting in 1k+ hands a day which is not great but its an improvenment!

I am writing a short update on my project. Already hit 17k+ hands this month on regular tables which is pretty solid for me as I already topped my previous months and i still go two weeks of play. I noticed how important positive and winning mindset is, when those days come when you run below EV and things do not go your way you need to remain calm and positive. Its always harder to grind back the mistakes you made due to B or C game.
So by now I would already be stabbing NL20 with 30 BIs. It is alright, I still have much to learn. And with each passing day I am stronger in my game.:f_cool:

I have decided to make a short update on my progress. I have boosted my confidence at the tables and am playing 3-6 tables depending on the mood. I still prefer lower table count as I can focus on decisions more. Weekends are not the best at all, since I find myself playing versus worse opponents and having worse sessions that vs regulars. Hope this trend changes around soon and I start winning off them. Clearing a bonus is not going the best at all since the rake I generate at these limit is not big enough.
After pointing this out to coach he said it is not a problem and guided me to focus on better decision making till shooting for nl20.

It is time for the new update! I am thankful for the this fun journey! I am making good decisions, looking forward into making more great decisions. Changed my style a bit to be more suited vs various player types. Also I have been listening and reading a lot about abundance, I really enjoy listening to motivational stuff. I figure being in the right mental state and being really positive helps my game a lot. I have finished writing a paper on heat exchangers and am getting ready for the oral exam. I cant express how good I feel about it. I have been postponing it for far too long. I hope I can get this off my chest this week.
