VERY bad river

I don't think we can x/f. The board looks so nice for bluffs and you would leave only 12bb behind. So maybe check call and hope he bluffs?

If you would bet the river it would be a shove in the first place.

Also it’s good to know with what kind of player we are dealing with.
If he’s passive I would check/fold the river, but then I would bet every street also a little bit more on a wet board like this.

He was more like TAG but with small 3bet % on 106 hands

if he is reg I would shove river.
Almost all flash draws would go all in OTF. its hard to have straith to. No reg would call there two streets with just staith draw. strath + flush would rais OTF. On river he has only Kx and 9x hands.
vs passive check/fold.

My logic: If he was a reg, he would defend a lot of hands that could somehow hit the flop here and that would bet the flop just to check where they stand. So I would just check/call (I think this will look like a strong move most of the times and can give you a free river card on many turns (especially like this one) in cases when you don't like to bet all three streets. I would reevaluate the strenghth of my hand on the river and would bet myself if there was no flush hitting card and check/call small otherwise or make some other decisions based on the opps's reads and sizing.
Against a fish I would try to bet all streets and decided what I would do on river based on a board structure. As played, I would check/fold, I think
