888 Poker - $0.10 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 4 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

CO: 40 BB
BTN: 131.5 BB (VPIP: 17.20, PFR: 15.05, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 102)
Hero (SB): 65.4 BB
BB: 100 BB

Hero posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB, CO posts penalty blind 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 2.5 BB) Hero has K♦ J♦

CO checks, fold, Hero calls 0.5 BB, BB raises to 6 BB, fold, Hero calls 5 BB

Flop: (13 BB, 2 players) K♠ 5♦ Q♦
Hero checks, BB bets 9.5 BB, Hero calls 9.5 BB

Turn: (32 BB, 2 players) J♠
Hero checks, BB bets 75 BB, Hero calls 49.9 BB and is all-in

River: (131.8 BB, 2 players) 7♦

I think I did a major missplay with this hand.
1. Cant call .60c vs unknown
2. Post turn I just coudent fold top2.

Any other ways to play this hand?

You should be playing with 100bb stack. Then you should open raise pre flop.
Flop call is fine.
OTT you don't have top 2 but you have 2 pair and flush draw. I think calling is reasonable.

Wow....
1. Full stack, unless you play some shortstach strategy.
2. Limping is bad...raising is good preflop.
3. You can call OTT.

Why can I call OTT?
Basicly OTT tell me that he dosent wanto see more card, because he is scared of draws.
Hands what would shove there are KK, AA, AK and some Kx hands. And sets.
I lose to majority of these combos.
Soo why call OTT?

Let's say he has JJ+,AKs,KJs+,QJs,AKo,KJo+,QJo.
So basically AA, sets and 2pair hands.

You have 62% equity with your FD + 2 pair. If you hit your flush you will win any of his sets and 2 pair hands, you already beat AK. If he has a set, any K or J will improve you to full house. So basically you are already ahead of some of his hands like AK,QJ and vs stronger hands you have very good equity.

Also you need to win this hand only 38% of the time. I think you will, easily.

You have 2p and FD, that is enough reasonto call. If you fold this type of hand, villains will autoprofit when bet vs you for multiple streets.

We have enough equity and it is bad to fold it.

Villan ended up having KK.
Preflop 6BB was super fishy.
Basicly the thing I limped problaby saved me alot of pressure preflop.
He would have donked if I would had 3x pre flop.
I would say I missplayed this hand anyway. Even tho I got lucky.

Preflop limp and flop check were bad but otherwise it was ok and I think the outcome would have been the same. If you open raise pre you can call or even 4bet his 3bet. OTF you would have hit top pair and FD and there is no way we are folding it. OTT you have 2 pair and FD and you made mathematically correct call. You had enough equity and I wouldn't say that was so lucky :)

Well as you can see, even vs a strong made hand you have equity and can improve.
