Was wondering if we could fold OTF straight away?

as played, I thought about leading OTT by betting thin (33%) and fold to a raise. What do you think? But then question would be: do we continue OTR?

I would fold the flop right away on his 3x raise. You are too often dominated.

You can even ask yourself if it’s very profitable to call in the first place pre-flop with a weak K here, because you need to hit 2 pair or better to have a good chance to win this hand.
