spr was below 1 so was shoving or folding here.. Was thinking that there would be some fold equity if he didn't have a diamond in his hand, or otherwise call with a weaker hand including a diamond like JJ or QQ with a diamond.

The size of your 4b is quite big. You should make it 2.5 up to 3x.
on Axx board you should not push. What range do you think he has here?
Too big 4bet imo. OTF board is monotone and A high. Villain has a lot of Ax hands in his 4bet calling range so you have to give up.
Strange replayer: V's stack was $1 for his RR and after his bet $1.44. Anyway he didn't have a full stack.
H is UTG. V RRs 3.5 times H's open/raise. After calling H's 4-bet V's stack isn't big enough for a potsize bet. I would go all-in pre-flop.
With a premium pair UTG, you don't want a cascade of callers, who have position on you. I would have O/R 4bb. Than a 4-bet all-in would be so much of an overbet.
I would suggest to either check/call flop. Then there are a few bluffs. Or to give up.

At any rate, you should be very nice to player 9 who is without a doubt a nice fellow when he doesn't try to play poker. You can check-call or check-fold on the flop to your liking. He'll not be calling (well, this particular guy just might) a bet with worse hands.
