Hi Pannekoekk86,

Welcome to the forums :welcome:

I moved this hand to Hand discussions for No Limit board because I think it will get more views there.

What comes to this hand:
I think you lost some value with your passive line.
Do you have any info on villain?

I think you should bet on the flop here. As played I think you could re-raise villains raise on the turn. Some draws are now possible and your hand is very strong. I wouldn't mind going all-in here.

We should donk this flop when mw. We should start building the pot.
As played, push the turn.

Hm.

I disagree with almost every decision here. What is your thought process? Without knowing that, I can simply assume you think big hands are for milking, with which I violently disagree:)

The hand is not played optimal....

I never played 9 max but shouldn't this be a clear 3bet pre for value?

As played, donking is an option as well as check raising which was most probably your idea.

Bet turn bigger. Plenty of spade and straight draws out there which will pay to see a card. Once raised on the turn, please just go all in. Your hand is good enough to do that and is ahead of villians range. Even vs straight you do have outs.

The other reason why you should go all in on the turn is because some cards might be scary (a spade as in this case, 9, 7, 4).

In this hand you clearly missed around half a stack value.
