Have you considered betting small on this river. I dont see that he has a lot of Kx here in his range. There could be overpairs as he is not capped by preflop action and decided to play his overpairs cautiously. I think this player could overplay some of his Tx as well but dont value bet with it this river.

23 doesn't connect with his range but I don't think wet means that villain has hit. That 23 provides A5,A4,45,56 some kind of draw and FD is still possible. Because there is one middle card and two low, I think villain has more draws than direct hits with this board. I'm not saying this board is wet and I think it is wrong to use only two categories. I think this is either neutral or then more wet than dry.

But yea, I get your point and I hope you get mine. If we want to continue discussing what board is wet and what is dry I suggest we create a own thread for that
