QT gets shoved on by shortstack

CO 19/16 3bet 13% - 231 hands
CO seems tight so I think my fold is best, but the 3bet % is quite high, is this just not a risk worth taking?

I would fold QTo right away here, because you have some re-shove stacks behind you and against those ranges you aren’t in good shape.

I think it's a fold, your opponent range is too strong agaisnt your cards and you will be most likely dominated.
