Villain(BTN) is unknown but seems to be a reg (20/20 5 hands). OTF i expect him to play flush draws more aggressively. By calling smallish 3bet on flop i would narrow his range to top pair good kicker or overpair or some straight draws. Not sure about my check/raising the turn. Would it be better to keep betting?

What are UTG stats? Your call preflop is not that good

UTG is a weak player(21/7 14 hands). His limp means nothing so far. I agree that my call to isolate from button is not that good, but i was hoping that UTG-fish calls to make it profitable for me for set-mining.

Sorry for bothering you, but it would be nice if you summarize in few words why i can extract more value by betting the turnt instead of check/raising.

I think in this case it would be best to check does your op-t have tendency to bet vs missed CB ( yeh, I know that is not the case here, but betting vs missed cb could be good stat here - checking will trigger him to bet). But if you bet he could easy fold his weak hand). Also, your opt- could be a reg (mss), but also could be fishy (not a 100BB stack).

With xr you will fold all hands that you beat and face flushes. And 10 outs on turn five you 20-24%equity only.

You dont always have to be scared of a flush when it completes and you have redraw outs to full house so you can just bet for value here. Check raising is overplay. Your hand is far from nuts and when you xr you will isolate yourself vs better sets and flushes. Or fold out those hands that might call a small river bet too. If villain calls your xr you are beat most likely. You want to keep his range wide.

With a bet we charge the 1 spade draws and overpairs.

I don't mind check/calling the turn. The card is quite scary for us and we don't have a clear value, especially considering what happened on the flop. We might even check/fold vs large bet (like pot size). If we bet and he raises, we will probably have to fold while we still have a decent equity. Then I would check/fold the river without FH.

I like xc too. But if you want to stay aggressive you can bet.
Xr is too much.
