Villain is a passive fish. The low end of his range might be QJ, but I doubt it. I also block them. Is this a b/f even though I have a gut shot to go with the potential 2 pair draw? (He will often show up with a set I think)

Versus AA,JJ-TT,88,44,QJs,JTs,T8s,JTo I have 22% which isn't enough as I need 32%. But am I giving him a too value heavy range? Should I maybe overbet all in on turn and get calls from all pair+draws? Check back? Your thoughts?

I think fold is fine here. I do not see passive fish jamming here with weaker than 2 pairs. Bet flop and turn vs. fish is also fine.

Vs passive fish I think this is a fold. You played this well.
