[Closed] Software crash... Anyone else?

Hi,

I have recently started playing in Mansion with the second starting capital. Everything was alright on the first day, but yesterday (2nd time I hit the tables there) the software wasn't working properly.

I re-installed Mansion client and this afternoon I tryed playing again. All good for the first hour, but then the client would shut itself down every half hour or less. There is an alert by windows saying the software is not working properly and will be closed.

I have already checked the Firewall settings and selected "permit" for the casino client in the programme control option, but still the same problem. Mansion's on line support attendant told me he couldn't help me out with such technical issues (great!) and only advised me to lower my security settings.

Does anyone have any idea of what might be going on, or is anyone experiencing the same problem? I am on a Windows Vista and use Norton anti-virus.

Thanks in advance,
Dandy.

Ipoker as a whole are currently having problems, it isn't just mansion.

There are a few threads about it already!

All the time... I can't play there anymore. That's sick!

@irregularity: I couldn't find any other threads about it, are they in the Manion Poker Topic? And is there anything else we can do, or must we wait till they fix it and download a new software or something?

I'll try playing again today, but if it keeps crashing I will just go back to playing my regular bankroll in Pokerstars and forget about this second starting capital till they fix their software/network problem.

Wtf is going on?

It's a network wide problem, they will be losing money each minute it is down so I assume they will be in a rush to sort it!

A couple of poker rooms have recently left Crypto and joined ipoker.

ipoker is now the third largest poker site online and I don't believe they have updated their servers to reflect the increased traffic, hence the problems.

They really need to sort out their outdate software and terrible servers pretty quickly, otherwise people will be leaving.

I mean, they don't even have resizable tables ffs.
