is this a +EV shove? I dont see him being here with sets too often because of the preflop play, so I'm guessing QQ, KK, AQ etc could all be here and I figure im good. advice?

Why do you just call preflop? What range will you 4b? Only KK+?
Our hand does not need mw pot. And by just calling you create such opportunity.

I usually try to mix 4betting and flatting with AKs normally. But i find that a lot of the time when i 4bet I'm against KK, AA and rarely QQ. What do you suggest I do after the 4bet though? Call a shove or fold to 5bet?

Of course you should call a shove with AKs! This is a top 3% hand.

Really depends on the squeeze-raiser. But before I flat AK in this spot I rather fold preflop. Vs a standard opponent I would also 4bet and call a jam. With all the dead money you have to call (remember: AK has ~38% Equity vs a range of QQ+, AKs, AKo PLUS you get some folds too (from AQ and other stuff they decide to squeeze)
