I think OTT you're probably ahead. He could be playing 66, TT, maybe TJs, AJ, AT.
AA should have raise preflop and if he has KQs you still have some Outs, so I would probably just go AI OTT.
OTR I would call for the same reason.

Turn I also would raise bigger and try to get it in because here we cannot fold a set

I would bet bigger on flop and try to get it in on turn.

Shove turn? Villain has some weaker sets and 2 pair in his range. KQ beats you but you still have outs against that. As played, nothing changes on the river so I see no reason to fold.

If he's doing this with all of this + AT I can stack him off on the turn, but even to do it with 66, TT it's so optimistic and such a bad play. So most of the time He's going to show me KQ only! I even thought for fold on the turn!

You'll never be able to win if you don't lose your stack with big sets once in a while. Just don't fold on turn. (Next, you'll be folding KK to 4-bets preflop.)

Yohan is right, we simply can not fold this hand.
