Pokerclients have betbuttons example 1/2 3/4 pot, which size I use in which spot ? I have also seen that someone use custom betsize like 52% 73% 95% where do i know when to use which prosent ?

Like so many things in poker, the answer is "It depends" -- and this question is a bit more complicated.
I suggest absorbing all the fundamentals first (if you haven't already) .
Even if you have been playing for a while, it doesn't hurt to review the basics.
I suggest heading to the No Limit Hold'em lessons overview have a look and dive in.
You will soon run into articles that are for bronze members and above, though, so perhaps the best course is to start with one of the free money offers. Follow the instructions and become a bronze member. As you play, you'll earn points and get silver and higher.
One of the earliest articles is "Why do you bet?".
There are two main categories of bet:
For value. You have a decent hand and you think villain will call with worse.
Bluff. You have a mediocre hand and you want villain to fold better.
There is no hard-and-fast line between the two. Even though it might make sense to bet smaller when you want villain to call, or bet bigger if you want villain to fold such a strategy is easily read by opponents, and they'll exploit you mercilessly. Also, if you bet too small with big hands, you give weak hands the correct odds to call, so they will, and you'll lose a portion of those.
So you either need a variety of bet sizes for each situation, or a single bet size for most common situations.
If the latter, I suggest around 60% to 2/3 pot. Some will say 1/2 pot, some will suggest higher.
Other factors that influence bet size are:
Opponents playing style: nit, LAG, TAG, maniac etc
Stack size. Playing with a 200 BB stack is different than playing with a 100 BB stack.
BTW, I wrote this assuming cash games, and now I see you posted this in tournaments. Doh!

there is not much difference between a 60% bet, and a 75% bet, so anywhere in between does about the same thing.
Pot-sized bets, and really small bets have quite different effects.
Knowing your opponents helps a lot.
I think that people bets of strange amounts to arouse curiosity -- or perhaps to give the impression that they actually thought about it.

i agree with you opinion but i think that's probably a good range to have something like 39 59 85 allin. what you think?

There used to be the idea that the standard was 1/2 pot, 3/4 pot and pot-sized bets.
Now I see a lot of smaller bets -- all the way down to 1 BB bets on the river.
It all comes down to why we bet.
Are you betting for Value?
Are you betting to get better hands to fold?
You want to bet the most villain will call when betting for value.
You want to bet the least that will make him fold when bluffing.
So it comes down to what ZakYoun270 said. All this is player-dependent.

One thing is certain, you have to avoid betting big when you have a great hand, and small when you don't.
It is stunning how fast opponents pick up on that.

Just use the 1/2 ,3/4 buttons if your still not sure. Making a custom bet will always depends on you. For me just stick to those 1/2 or 3/4 buttons when playing poker.
