BB: $7.12 (142.4 bb)
UTG: $13.51 (270.2 bb)
MP: $5.45 (109 bb)
Hero (CO): $5 (100 bb)
BTN: $9.66 (193.2 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with T♣: T♠:
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.15, Hero calls $0.15, BTN raises to $0.65, 3 folds, Hero calls $0.50

Flop: ($1.52) 4♥: 6♦: 9♦: (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $0.45, Hero folds

Results: $1.52 pot ($0.06 rake)
Final Board: 4♥: 6♦: 9♦:
Hero ???

After his squeeze I decided to call with intentions to just set mine.
After his Flop bet, if I still just want to set mine and ignore having an overpair - do I call the Flop or fold?

I think we can check/call the flop. His preflop squeeze range probably contains more hands than monsters only.

Flop is a xc as he can be betting overcards or draws.

For that prize i would call and see what happens on turn,, hes bet size on flop is strange small so it looks he have ak something or a monster and trying to keep you in the pot , but call and re evaluate on turn is ok in my eyes
