This looks like spew at the 50c stakes against pretty much a unknown here and I would give up the turn without any info on him with Q high and no draw.

Lets assume that he has a 19% cold calling range excluding top 5% which he most likely 3bet preflop

This way he has 5% of flushes, 3% of sets, 5% of two pairs, 29% of top pairs (7 FD and 22 nonFD), 17% weak pairs , 40% of nonmade hands. We have no hand at all and cann't win the pot at a showdown 90% of times so we need to act or give up.
Opponent's check most often means that he either has a draw to a flush, a flush, Ax with a FD, Ax with no fd which is not sure if his hand is good enough too initiate, a weak pair or no made hand (I assume that an aggro opp with sets, 2 pair and strong Ax hands would lead out for protection) That breaks down into 91% of preflop range with about 54/91=59% of hands which have a bit worse, same or better equity on that board and may decide to fold. Given that fact I think we want to cbet the flop with such a bad hand.

OTT I think I should have give up when I saw a passive play style from an opp with agro stats and Ahigh heart board coz he was not likely to have a drawing hand. Even if had Ax nodraw or weak pair type of hand after the flop then has to fold them in more than 60% to make an AI bluff profitable.
That is why I think It was a big mistake to try to push him out OTT

Sounds like a good analyze of yourself, but beware that it’s difficult to give someone a good post-flop range based on only 15 hands.

That sounds fair enough

His VPIP is 33% so his calling range in the BB is going to be more than 19%.
If his total VPIP is 33% his BB calling a BTN raise is gonna be way high maybe 50-60%+
Bet flop and give up OTT or check back flop and if he checks turn go for a delayed cbet
