Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has J♣ J♥

fold, UTG+1 calls 1 BB, MP calls 1 BB, Hero raises to 6 BB, fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, UTG+1 calls 5 BB, fold

Flop: (14.5 BB, 2 players) A♦ T♠ K♠
UTG+1 checks, Hero checks

Turn: (14.5 BB, 2 players) 7♦
UTG+1 checks, Hero bets 7 BB, UTG+1 calls 7 BB

River: (28.5 BB, 2 players) 2♦
UTG+1 checks, Hero checks

I think I could have raise bigger preflop from MP and I think there is not much different I could do postflop.

It looks fine indeed, but you delayed Cbet is on the thin side against a passive player, but I wouldn’t be surprised if you get still action of worse hands.
