Why do you raise so small?

The problem is actually the turn.

Flop slowplay is a matter of taste and river (bet size is okay) is a matter of "guess villain's hand" once the raise comes.

When you raise turn and you are prepared to pay off on river, you must make the turn raise much bigger to ward off his implied odds. You offered him 30:8 or nearly 4:1. A set has 10 outs to beat you. There's the real problem, not that he might have drawn out this time or that you guessed wrong in the end.

Yes, agree with YohanN7 here. We should raise bigger OTT in order to give villain less attractive odds.

MP usually opens quite tight, so raise bigger turn will be better option, I do not pretty like to call river at micro
Just note - your opponent just called turn with Flush on the board. Do you think he has more sets or flushes? I guess flush he would just shove OTT, so just bet-fold vs river agro.

I would just check/raise the flop. We have the nuts, but we really don't want the board to be paired and another spade might kill the action. As played, I think we should raise the turn bigger. As played, not sure what to think about the river. We have a stack less than the pot is, so I would rather shove than bet 1/3 and call. Maybe we could bet 1/4 and fold. Maybe we could check/call...
