Aces vs flush draw?

Playing a £100 freezout tournament recently, and its only level 2. Blinds are 50/100, no ante.
I have about 15000 chips, which is the tournament average, villain has me covered with about 1000 more.
After 4 limpers, the SB raises to 600. I'm on the BB with A♣:A♦:. I Re-reraise to 2000, SB calls.

Pot: 4400
Flop: J♠: 7♠: 3♠:
SB leads out with a bet big enough to put me all in. I know I have poor odds to call in this spot, but the bet seemed too big, like he was trying to blow me off any hand, (unless he had flopped the nuts with AQ or AK of spades, in which case, it would be a bit of a goofy play on his part (in my opinion). So assuming he has A♠::Jx:+, or K♠::Kx:/Q♠::Qx:, would you let that bet make you fold all the time or is it worth calling with bad pot odds, knowing you're against most likely Ace high or King high, and still a favourite to win the hand most of the time?

Just wanted a few opinions of this specific hand , many thanks

Spoiler

SB shows Q♠:Q♥: and hits a spade on the river. I was surprised at his play, risking all of his chips this early in the tournament with only a draw to the 3rd nuts, considering many of my 3-betting hands are likely to have A♠: or K♠: in this spot

Problem is that you don’t have a A♠: in the hand. Than it would be an easier call, but even if you are against a flush draw you aren’t in good shape and I would fold here for sure.

Would likely fold at tournament start with all weaker player still in. You still have 130bb after you fold to exploit weaker players in better spots.

Not driving variance seat like this (of course you slightly ahead), in this type of live tournaments! Say: "Nice hand" and fold. But beware in mind, more pots to come were you can "snap-out" him the way he plays;
