I guess it you played it correctly. Yes, you can a lot of his aces combos, but do you think your opponent will bluff here for the whole stack with overshove 10X. To me it is correct play for this limit. I guess he would just call with his 66-JJ river, but overshove at micro often means your opponent pretty strong.

I would've bet at least the flop to get some information about his hand at least or to take it right there. Now he quite possibly has that fullhouse/set on the river but you are left guesing and ending up spending 9 big blinds anyway.

As played river fold is ok.
I would bet already on the flop or on the turn.

Very low board which hit the villains calling range with small pairs. Ok to fold to such a big bet on river.

We can bet turn when flop got xx.

I kinda like c on this type of a board, I would cb if I had a diamond in my hand though for extra eq. But that's my overall cb plan I am mostly betting when I have some type of backdoor.

I thought that he wouldn't pay my 3-bet with hands like 33-55 and if he did it do you think he would play flop and turn in that way?
Of course overshove at micro often means your opponent pretty strong and I hadn't info of him and thinking better I wasn't ahead because I do not see he doing this overshove river with hands like 66-QQ or KK that he just called pre flop so probably he called with 33-55.

This is 6max and CO must call a 3bet from the BB with all pairs, almost all suited connectors and almost all suited one gappers.

To be honest, now it sounds you are unsure you are ahead.

My point is that a big river bet overshadows reads you might have on the flop. Such reads go out of the window when facing a 10x overbet, regardless of whether he "should" play this and that holding the way the play went. The only question is if he bluffs enough (does not have at least a straight) to motivate a call with nut two pair (which isn't a real two pair since the board is paired.).

It is bad poker to, as a standard, view small suck bets being for value and huge overbets as being bluffs. Winning poker is betting as big as possible with good hands and betting not much more than required to get the job done with bluffs. Turning this around is deceptive, and should be done occasionally. But normal behavior should be the dominant behavior.

You could call, but then you need a good solid read having watched showdowns with this guy several times before. Otherwise you'd just be guessing that the guy is horrible.
