Barely, or not, I think. But I'm also still learning how to work through these problems so I hope someone who knows better chimes in.
If I give the villain a pre-flop range of 15%, your average equity on this board is ~30% per propokertools.
As I read it this means you
lose 44.29 70% of the time ( -31.003)
win (44.29+44.29+30.75) 30% of the time (+35.799)
so +4.796 if you're playing against a 15% range pre-flop. Your own hand is in that range and given the action it seems likely his hand is similar to yours has AA but in different suits or (worse yet) KK.
