I am currently tilting off my bankroll. For this reason I have decided to take a break, an restart with a new bankroll challenge in a week or two.
Final week summary:
Hands: 6500
Profit: -138.12$
Bankroll: 17.45$
That is a big loss. I'm also busted my challange this week....
Interested to start a new challange together??

Well. What can I say. I rebuilt my bankroll by cashing in 3rd place in a 1$ progressive Bounty MTT with 7000+ players. Thsi was the longest I ever played. It took almost 9 hours and by the time we where down to 5 I was dead tired.Still I manage to stay focussed until the final three. Looking at the small sample of MTTs I have been playing I have an ROI of 130% playing 103 tournaments this year.
If I had more time I would probably try to get more into playing MTTs. The way it is I will definitly consider getting better at 45-180 SnGs though.
As it is, I had the bankroll to move back to NL10 now. Actually played very well (IMHO). Resultswise it was not so good, as I lost a couple of flips, gor sucked out on, but I felt very good regarding my game.
I am currently focussing on my cbetting strategy IP and OOP, as the stats there are clearly not good ('bot about 65-70% and almost equal). I also try to tone down aggression on the T, where I obviously build pots in awkward spots.
That’s a painful drop. Hopefully you get your bankroll back to it was on the NL5 limit.
I had an up and down week at NL10 - I'd better say down and up. As y<ou can see I went through a deep downswing, which was due to somekind of tilt. I got to the point where I felt I have to get my money in quickly. I was several times in a good position and got sucked out on, but also a couple of times where I should have avoided it.
Regarding game improvement, I focussed at a more selective planned cbetting strategy. I still have to groove it in, at times I became a little too passive postflop, missing spots to float, or probe.
My other biggest leak is, that I tend to call off big bets, especially from weaker players. Sometimes they really have air (which is prbly stuck in my head), but often the nuts:
no respect for T raise
