BTN: 133.4 BB (VPIP: 27.85, PFR: 24.05, 3Bet Preflop: 12.00, Hands: 82)
SB: 95.8 BB (VPIP: 0.00, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 3)
BB: 95 BB (VPIP: 0.00, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: -, Hands: 1)
UTG: 103.8 BB (VPIP: 50.00, PFR: 50.00, 3Bet Preflop: 100.00, Hands: 2)
MP: 105.4 BB (VPIP: 23.08, PFR: 23.08, 3Bet Preflop: 50.00, Hands: 13)
Hero (CO): 104 BB

SB posts SB 0.4 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) Hero has J♦ J♠

fold, fold, Hero raises to 2.4 BB, BTN raises to 8 BB, fold, fold, Hero calls 5.6 BB

Flop: (17.4 BB, 2 players) Q♥ 4♥ Q♣
Hero checks, BTN bets 7 BB, Hero calls 7 BB

Turn: (31.4 BB, 2 players) T♠
Hero checks, BTN bets 23 BB, fold,

OTF he bets for 40%, Turn is rather a blank and now he bets for 74%. I mean these sizing are quite weird and I didn't know if I should bluffcatch him or just fold? He has ... 8 combos of AQ, 8 combos of KQ, 1 combo of QQ, 6 combos of KK, 6 sombos of AA so let's say 29 "value" hands, and 16 combos of missed AK, maybe 8 combos of missed AJ (of course he might have many more) so at least 24 combos of bluffs.

He changed the sizing of the bets, it makes me think he didn't expect you to call otf, when you did, it got lifted.

Changing sizings like that looks a bit weird. I think folding was ok here.

I'd definitely exploitatively change sizing holding AQ to bigger an bigger. Easy fold. You have some Qx to bluff catch with if you worry about being balanced and possibly close to being capped (I think you aren't).
