I think the CO has T9s, because if he would have a stronger hand he probably bets the flop. And you said it's a hero call, so it probably isn't some strong hand he has. 
I don't think that it's a flushdraw because the call on turn would need better potodds.
I would expect a hand like Jx.

Villain checked flop because he wasn't sure if he beats hero. Villain called turn because 2 of spades did not change anything. Villain called river because he knew that hero wasn't betting with AJ when there were 3 spades on the board. Villain took the chance that hero didn't hit the flush on the river. Also, villain kept in mind the fact that hero might be bluffing on the turn and river with straight draw ( KQ or 98s ).
As 10d , he checks behind ONF with medium pair and flush blocker, called the turn and river becasue he believe he has a good bluff catcher with A of spades
I'd say AJ, might also be As,
by the fact hero is winning 1.5 stacks he may be more aggressive than before,there's no need to bet on his missing c-bet, you don't want to make the pot bigger and you also have some backdoors, once he betss the turn, obviusly he has to call, once the 5's down, hero should not be betting that much especially if he didn't c bet which would have make him shove the river and that's diffrent,so that's why villan calls river with TP .
hero's check flop shows he's scared of betting that board he preferd check/call, villain check, hero didn't hit anything on turn, he must bet, CO must call with his TP, for CO 5spade on river is a blank so he calls again
KJs, AJ or ATs, i guess QTs/QJs might be as well.
Two pairs you would have heard of already, on the flop or atleast on the turn.
Probably folding worse pairs already off, and set obv would raise since its a draw heavy board.
He doesnt raise more on preflop so probably not QQ+.
So it's one of the hands I mentioned right away, if I have to pick one, I'll go with AT (maybe even with As as a blocker).
AK/AQ/99 might do hero calls sometimes here aswell.

He's a "solid regular" so he's not just calling the 3bet pre with any two. You said hero call so that excludes all sets, two pair, flushes, etc. Imo "hero call" also excludes AJ here. Might be some suited connectors like QTs or T9s here but since I can only pick one I'll say 99, that would definitely qualify for a hero call.
He could have a small set like 22 that he checks behind on the flop and called him down on the river, because he get only action of better if he shoves the river.

* Porque son buenas para abrir y bancar un 3bet de Sb, sabiendo q nos va a abrir desde un rango de pares 44 o 55, Axs y ATo en adelante. Al ver que en el flop sale esas cartas y Sb hace check, el villano tmb lo hace para ver en que rango de manos esta y no quedar atrapado en un 3bet vs una apuesta de sb. Ya el turn trae un 2 por lo que al villano no le afecta en nada y al ver que apuesta un 78% del bote, ve su mano con agresividad tratando de llevarse el bote y aparte al no apostar en el flop, sabe que no tiene sets o pares mayores dado que fuese asi hubiese tratado de proteger la mano en el flop x el color. Y tampoco proyecto de color porque de ser asi, trataria de engordar el bote desde el flop. Y ya el river es una carta que completa el color, pero villano sabe que no tiene y ante una apuesta de75% de bote, decide pagar dado su QJs q no las ve tan mal y el pozo del bote.

I think villain has :Ax::Kx: and he doesn't believe you because you because you didn't cbet the flop.
