SB: $29.83 (186.4 bb)
BB: $13.44 (84 bb)
UTG: $32.31 (201.9 bb)
MP: $16 (100 bb)
Hero (CO): $17.26 (107.9 bb)
BTN: $16 (100 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with A♦: J♦:
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.48, Hero raises to $1.44, 2 folds, BB calls $1.28, MP calls $0.96

Flop: ($4.40) K♣: T♥: 8♦: (3 players)
BB bets $4.20, MP folds, Hero??

Preflop: Decided to 3bet MP reg. BB is a maniac playing 56/22 in 203 hands, with alot of weird moves.

Flop: I hit a gutshot, BDFD and one over, but the "weird" guy donks. Clear fold?

You cant say anything more about him except that he has weird moves. Fold and wait for stronger hand. Dont try to win every pot.

Fold. The bet is too big, it´s 3 way, we have nothing yet. Enough for me to fold.

I might go with a fold here.
Villain is short and bets very big. I doubt you have enough FE to make shove ok and if you just call villain is probably AI OTT.

I can't because I can't remember exactly what it was. I have some notes on him in PokerStars client, but I don't know how to see them while I'm not at the table with him (not sure if it is even possible). All I can remember that I saw some stupid moves from him before, like using weird sizes etc.

If you dont have exact information you definetly need to wait for strong enough hand to confront this type of villain. Also it is better to keep notes in you tracking program, not in the playing platform.
Even 22 is ahead on equity vs your AJ.
BU 40.51% 37.30% 3.21% AdJd
SB 59.49% 56.27% 3.21% TT+, 88, ATs+, K8s+, (Q9s+, J9s+), T8s+, ATo+, KTo+, (Q9o+, J9o+ )
Those in brackets are bluffs with gutshots. That is lots of combinations and still we are too much behind.
