I don´t see problem in the way you played it. Minbets should be treated as a checks in general. Call OTF and then try to take the pot OTT seems reasonable, when he calls no need to overplay it and bet OTR without any read.

Just limping every street post flop is sometimes total air but very very often it is just some weak hit. I see no point in raising OTT. You can call but I think folding might be ok too since you have 6 outs and maybe not even that.

Yea I missed that, but still is it worth it?
You have invested 4bb in this pot and you are fighting for it vs guy who might very well call your raise OTT and your chances of improving are small.
