I would just bet OTF. This is a 3bet pot and if he didn't hit anything I think there is too big a risk he will just check behind, even with draws, and you don't want to see a spade.
I guess it is fine as played too. After your check raise you could also bet very small OTT. That might induce him to raise or then he just calls light and OTR you could just ship it and it would be so small that he would call with anything.

Those are just optional lines that might work. Overall I think your line was good too.

If I check this flop I would most likely check/call. Now your line looks super strong and isolating yourself against 2 pair and better and maybe a flush draw. Also, your check/raise is to big in my opinion, because you investing almost half your remaining stack. I would make it not more than $1,20 in total and shove most turns.

Villain is a super Calling station here.

With your line postflop, in the average you lose money IMO by c/r you show to much strengh he shoud fold many hand.
If you want to slowplay (which seems strange to met after 3b preflop) you should c/c OTF.

The slowplay seems good here because you take his stack but I believe that vs this villain you can take his stack by playing standard value bet no need to slowplay.

I dont like check-raising flop, villain shouldnt have many hands he can continue.

Sizing is weird, leaves us awkward spr situation OTT.

Because of this OTT with so low SPR you MUST shove. Villain should always call (with a draw or with a 8, when he decided OTF that it's enough to play for stacks with... ) , he cannot bluff with anything so little behind but will check-back draws and fold them on the river if he misses.

I like xr, even if there are no many hands which continue, I want to charge the draws which do continue while it is not too late.

I would not xr bluff vs fish that often cause I do not assume I will have much fold equity. So thats why I think value raise is good.

Maybe, because we do not know if he is agro. If we know he is agro and will bluff often, then its good to get money from bluffs.
