Answering about Russian flag in my avatar - few months ago I had a problem with soft P*, all avatars disapired. I just picked up some random one and it stayed.

Did you watch todays stream? We played 8game and omaha, but with those guys it was rather ego game, so I just tryied to get some fun there. Tomorrow (actually today) I start at 20:00 CET and Im back in spin's world. I will try to play on 2 tables on 30$ stakes, we will see if I will manage to do that on twitch.

That's a phenomenal chip EV! It was earned partly because you started with low ($7) stakes as a warm-up, which is a great approach for those who haven't done a proper warm-up routine for some reason, definitely a useful trick for everyone

btw, what is better in your opinion: coffee, guarana, energy drink or yerba mate?

I haven't done enough research on this Yerba mate is on my to-buy list due to Tim Ferriss's recommendation - it has a high quantity of polyphenols that are rumoured to have pleasant side effects (which aren't proven clinically) and provide a smoother awakening effect. For now, I mostly brew green or black tea as I'm too lazy to brew coffee properly or try exotic herbal teas.

I think that, out of that list, only energy drinks should be avoided (as they're processed and contain all the same herbs anyway, with unhealthy ingredients added).

The most active component of coffee, guarana and mate is caffeine anyway, and most of their effects are due to caffeine. Thus they all suppress appetite, which is good for me but is harmful to you because you're skinny already... so think about alternatives to caffeine.

I'm not an expert in nutrition, I've just started rebuilding my diet from the ground up You're better off asking such questions to Predrag 'IvicaIliev77' (a $15 spin reg currently but a great SNG player overall with enough experience at $30 spins, just chronically lacking the BR to play higher because of high life expenses) in his blog. He's also going to launch a Youtube channel dedicated to health and workouts soon

In last days I didn't have too much time for playing. I've made totaly unserious interview and after that I had to learn how Adobe Premere pro works. After my first steps in that program, I can finally say it is done... So I can start with another one Obviously all that streams motivates me to work harder on my game, and now, when I get a student, I have to remind all basics stuffs from poker. So, all what I have to do is just a divide my time properly, work harder, sleep less and drink more coffee. But to be honest - I really like all thoes new things around and I really enjoy it So I hope you will spend nice evening with me on Twitch and also you will have some fun watching that interview.

I assume you use Skype for speaking(communication) with your padawan(Wapniak)
if you using OBS did you try add as multiple devices something like here:
tutorial
or something like:
tutorial skype
just watch tutorials and try different setting
