Hey yofoxjoke,
I expect it has to do with FGS (Future Game Simulation). By losing that hand, you would lose almost all equity you have on 1st and 2nd places.
You should ask Qicmizer at [OFFICIAL Support Thread] ICMIZER 2 - SNG analysis tool & SNG coach. He will be able to give a more detailed response.
