Neteller have sent out email to all customers affected by this, I would contact Neteller/ Skrill and ask them how your situation looks like,, i dont see Serbia at the allowed list but also not at the list of countrys where the card expire 25/11.

Dont think option one will work as the card will be terminated from 25/11 for all affected countrys..

I checked and 1 of my friends mastercard already got shut down couple of days ago. On FB they said that people who have new mastercards (like myself and my friend) can use them until they expire - which is not true. My friends cards was valid until 2019 and they still shut him down. Mine is also valid until 2019 and I am hopeful that they wont shut it down. In case they do, I will figure out solution how to go around it. Already have about 3 other ways to get my money but I will wait for 25th and see what happens with my card before I proceed.

Update in regards to Skrill

Received email today, it is official, starting 25th of November 2016 mastercard from Skrill will be out of use in Serbia.
That means I can withdraw money to bank account to keep using Skrill which is option I am not fan of.

There are several solutions from which I will try couple in next days/weeks. Long term, moving to Thailand or such country could be very +EV but I will 1st check out other options I have set in motion and play. Today took out cash and will do so tomorrow as well. After that it will all be different...

Couple of things to update on

Skrill
Tomorrow mastercard will stop working. Took some money today and yesterday, to have cash to get me by the end of the year. In the meanwhile found a solid solution and I will tomorrow verify new account and get in process of transferring my Skrill funds over there.

Stars
Asked Stars support in regards to depositing money and withdrawing with card since they don't support ewallet that I will switch to. They said that it should work and not be any problem with it. I will try it in the future likely.

Deal
I am further away from completing since in 4 sessions I dropped over 40 buy ins. So basically now need to make 550$+208$ or so. Depending on variance in next sessions that can last anywhere from 100 down to 1 hour Like I mentioned before, 16th of December expect to complete 1st deal and then start 2nd deal for BR.

Dentist
Finally finished with dentist. This week I went 3 times, and they implanted now 2 teeth. Took a lot of anesthesia and am now on pain medication but it is well worth it. No more worries regarding teeth problem. Invested a lot of time and money to get it all sorted and now I can focus on other things more.

Work out
Only 1 work out this week due to dentist visits with open wounds. I will go on Saturday to open gym and do lots of double unders to perfect the technique + to do cardio since this week I had a lot of days (every single day) over calories set. Expect to get back to 83-84kgs easily by Monday.

Next week look forward getting back to normal, to grind teach and train steady with very little to no other life things.
Will go for 3 training sessions per week, teach 5-7 hours per week and grind minimum 20 hours next week while pushing for more like 28-35 hours. Emphasis will be put on calorie intake, I will put a stop on alcohol and candy and results will skyrocket again with training.

Get well soon! tooth pain is horrible, I once had a surgery taking out one wisdom tooth and the pain afterwards was just pure horror! Be careful with poker under strong pain medication

Yeah, it hurts but I am getting used to it by now (day 3). Taking pain medication and finally went to do a work out today. 10 minutes of double unders and 20 minutes EMOM doing 2 pull ups on each minute for 40 pull ups total. Nice training to get me back and prepare me for next week. Weighted myself today after training and am at 82kg, so gained 0.8kgs since last weight in on Monday.

Poker is back on, will grind more today and prepare myself for next week(s) to complete the 1st deal and move onto 2nd.

Another major update

Just completed 1st deal with my friend. Ended up making less money then I expected initially but the move I took tonight I stand behind 100% as the most +EV at this moment for me and mental game. I had make up of 500ish $ for starting BR + from 208$ 30% for friend. In the end ended up paying a bit over 621$ to finish the deal and regardless of weak and low financial situation I believe I made a very good and solid decision.
By finishing this deal now, I get 9 weeks to do 2nd deal with another friend starting clean without any make up. I already asked him to do 3k instead of 2k deal and he agreed. I am not sure if this will be enough for me to go to Thailand or not but I will for sure have more then enough money to return to my friend (1.5k euro) which is what matters the most and I may end up going to Thailand on low budget (500ish euro) but then when I return I will either continue to play staked again or have some BR to continue for myself. In the end Thailand is extra, I am really looking forward to do 2 things, play my best and grind steady while saving by 21st of January minimum 1500 euro from the deal - the rest is extra and will be welcomed with ovation of applause!

So, starting now, I need to make 3k from which 450$ goes to my friend and I get to keep 2550$. I am grateful that my friend again didn't ask any questions and was super cool about extending the deal. I even told him that I am unsure if that 3k target will be enough and he said we can adjust it as we go along. Pretty cool.

So 9 weeks to make 3k, certainly doable. I am now psyched to get the grind happening again and am very positive about finishing this deal possibly before end of this year!

I remember you. How is your poker journey and life going? Hope all is well man!

Regarding Skrill issue there is couple of ways to go about it.

1. Withdraw money to bank from Skrill.
This is option if you want to have cash available to you with whole bankroll or larger amounts. Fee is 5.5 euro + bank fee but good thing is you get euros or $ on your bank instead of loosing money with ATM. ATM itself gave value of 109.56 dinars per 1 euro and bank gives you pure euros which you can exchange for 123-124 dinars per euro. Huge difference , 14-15 dinars per single euro. Say you take 1000 euros from Skrill to bank, you save 14-15k dinars which is not a small amount of money (135-145euros!).

2. ecoPayz
You can open ecoPayz and have your bankroll moved over there from Skrill by doing Skrill to Skrill to the crew that handles those transactions (shout out to ewalletoptimizers - mention me if you contact them!) and the transfer you without any fee money you sent them to your ecoPayz account.
ecoPayz also has ATM card and unlike Skrill it has greater ATM limit (1.5k euro per day vs 250 euro). You can also connect your bank with ecoPayz and transfer ecoPay to ecoPay have lower fee vs Skrill.
ecoPay is not great option if you play on Poker Stars now because Stars doesn't accept them as ewallet but I was told to expect that ewallet added soon due to Skrill mess. So if you want to move money from Stars to ecoPay or vice versa, each time you would use ecoPayz card you would get charged 4%. So 1k deposit you loose 40$ - not a good deal!!!
But, if you want ecoPayz to have ATM card and move your money from Skrill and get cash - it is certainly a strong option

What I will do
I will verify ecoPayz soon (today likely) and order ATM card. I will take my BR from Skrill and move it to bank account all at once. I need cash for Thailand and to give to my friend so that is the fastest and safest option + I receive euro and don't loose money in conversion fees on ATM. When I continue to grind on Stars in 2017, I will still deposit money from Skrill and withdraw it to Skrill but I will either a) Do bank transfer with larger amounts to save on fees and get pure euro vs dinars that loose value b) Move my Skrill roll then to ecoPayz and use ATM card like I used Skrill card

Right now I have opened ecoPayz account and today I will finish things in bank (get new account and printed statement) and then send that all to them to verify my account. In the meanwhile I will tie new bank account to Skrill and withdraw my money at some point when I need it (likely in 1 month or so from now).

Quit drinking

Yesterday I decided to quit drinking! 2 days ago I got so drunk and had so many black holes in my memory that I literally didn't remember 10 things that happened that night. I did meet awesome girl and hook up with her (positive in negative!) but outside of that no more booze I said to myself.

I want to maximize my productivity in all areas of all and decrease stress by finishing all the things set on time. So 3k target before Thailand, train 3-4 times per week, teach 6-7 hours per week and GRIND STEADY all starting today - while finding time to be with family friends and new girl (yesterday spent with her 3-3.5 hours).

Once I reach Thailand, I will consider having some booze there but before Thailand its a no go

I dont understand why you dont cash out directly to bank account from Pokerstats clint ? 0 fee up to 100 e and 0.5% over 100 e in bank Intesa for example, usually you get money for 24 h not like before 3-5 days.

TLDR:
I will use Skrill to Bank to withdraw my money now in order not to loose any euros in conversion fees. For long term I may switch between that option and ecoPayz ATM card. It is +EV to have card with funds available to spend always which is why that option is very +EV.

When i wanted to cashout first time to bank i need first to cash out 100 e on skrill [wich was amount i deposit from skrill to Stars] and after that i can chose to cash out to skrill or to bank account when ever i want. I always use skrill to deposit , even now when I entered 2nd deal with a friend I transferred money that way. So its -EV either way for me because I need to cash back initial deposit amount 1st which I haven't done yet

Quick update

Very little poker activity and same when it comes to strong and positive habits.
I have been mostly taking it easy after paying off apartment mortgage. In my mind I feel have still have tons of time to make money for Thailand so without that added pressure I am just winging each day and using them to rest and chill mostly.

I do miss poker and from today there is 8 weeks left before Thailand trip. I will spend this weekend to rewire my brain and connect it with my mind to get back on track to follow habits set.

Its interesting that during this period I did teach most, then work out and then grind. It just shows when I feel accomplished financially without pressure what are the things that I value the most.
On top of it all, on Sunday I hooked up with a great girl. We spent Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday together. It was really awesome times, not just eye candy type of girl but the one that actually has a lot of experience for her age (24) and is intelligent and smart with goals in life. So that is going well and clicking, lets see how it will affect my poker goals before Thailand

Today couple of cool games to watch such as City vs Chelesea and El Classico derby game Barcelona vs Real Madrid. Very likely will relax and watch both. Before that grind 1 to 2 sessions now to remind myself of when to check to induce, when to x/r, when to 3 barrel on what textures, when to attack mway pots, when to level regs with sizings etc. God I love poker!

To tell you the truth as I always do, I can't wait for 2017. It is a year when I will prioritize financial freedom (making 40k from poker which will require steady habit for grinding like 1500 hours in whole year) and improving more as player (with specific study goals for textures and range vs range study).
