If you received the message "Transfer success: your money arrived at 888poker", this means that we have sent the requests to 888.
Please be patient and wait for a while 
If you still don't get the money, I would suggest you contact their support at support@888poker.com

thanks for reply! yeap i did so yesterday, and they told contact you. anyways its still no money in balance, while i made deposit and verified identity.all i see just a tournaments tickets
At first you should get 7$ worth of tournament tickets and 1$ cash, and then you have a 80$ pending bonus that will be released in chunks. Are you sure you didn't get this 1$, only tickets?
