River: (35.5 BB, 2 players) 3♣
UTG bets 34 BB, Hero calls 34 BB

Spoiler

UTG shows A♥ A♣ (Full House, Aces full of Sixes)
(Pre 82%, Flop 33%, Turn 98%)
Hero mucks Q♠ K♠ (Flush, Ace High)
(Pre 18%, Flop 67%, Turn 2%)
UTG wins 98 BB

Preflop I think was better only call because the fish on the BB.

OTF I only call bacause there a lots of hands on his cbet range that he could fold when i raise and few hands like set that i could get value (9 combo).
OTT sometimes i rep K♠: but he feel my range strong enough so, which hands cbet on this T too?
OTR when he bet PSB I tink he rep a strong hand vs my range.

What do you think?
Do I miss a lot of value on the long period? Or should i fold OTR?

I think you played this well. Raising OTF might not be bad since some Ax will be calling you, and sets of course. Villain might also have weaker flushes.
Fourth spade might very well kill the action and you don't want to see a paired board.

Well played.
OTF: As mentioned you called raise to get value from top pairs, sets but it's ok to SP here.
OTR: If the bet was smaller on the river we could have raised to get value from Ax. Never fold on this river!
