Being I am looking for some type of free software that will track my play and give me direction on steps needed to get me better.The poker room I play at tracks the hands but I have no clue how to go through all the hands and come up with anything..TRUTH IS I GET MORE CONFUSED.Would appreciate any help

There is a basic version of Jivaro. That could work for you to track hands and it’s free for so far I know.
Other tracking software like HM2 and PT4 you have a trial version, but that will expire after 30 days.
