Your 3bet pre is quite big when you consider that villain opened only 2x and you are in position.
OTF you don't fear many cards so I would just call there. I don't like raising with overpairs.
When you face a 3bet OTF, without info on the villain you can fold. You are playing against sets and slowplayed KK+.

The player was sitting with $1.15 i expected him to be a weak player, so raised slightly more for value.

His donk could be anything like TP MP sets, i agree with folding to the 3bet.

I also agree and prefer calling since we should only be playing for 1-2 streets of value, 2betting only builds a big pot and were only getting called by a stronger 2 pair + range

Id play the same. Not raising the weak donk would be a mistake - he's fish and can have str8 draws, weak pairs or just rndom crap.

The line of villain makes not too much sense I think with leading the flop and stack off and he can easy have weaker than an over pair and I would stack off for sure against an unknown.
