Same situation. I have K3 top pair, and there are too many people in a drawy flop. But now the villain bets.

NL 100(simulation)

Hero (BB) ($80)
UTG ($202)
UTG+1 ($196)
UTG+2 ($206)
UTG+3 ($202)
Hijack ($190)
Cutoff ($196)
Button ($222)
SB ($196)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K, 3
2 folds, UTG+2 calls $2, UTG+3 calls $2, 1 fold, Cutoff calls $2, 1 fold, SB calls $1, Hero checks

Flop: ($10) Q, K, 4 (5 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, UTG+2 bets $9, 2 folds, SB calls $9, Hero folds

Total pot: $28

Same here, I would just start betting myself. As played I don't think you can fold top pair on the flop.

Here is the same - you can bet yourself when you hit TP when multiway.
As played you should call.

I don't hate it. There are a ton of bad runouts, you pretty much can't call any turn bet unless the turn is the 3 or K, you're OOP, and villain bet a pretty scary sizing. Furthermore, you're overcalling as well, which generally means you have to have a stronger hand than if you were just calling vs. 1 bet.
