I am fairly new so sorry in advance if hands are too obvious.
Should I 3bet pre?

You can 3b preflop only if you have info that he folds too much vs 3B.
You can call once more on turn.

I don't hate the fold; calling the turn is likely okay though. B/f-ing the turn is a fairly common line from a value hand from his position (ie. he'll probably b/f stuff like Kx). A high still has some showdown value too because villain might have stuff like QhTx or whatever.

I don't like calling OTT either because the board pairs and villain bets pretty massive. At NL2 it mostly indicates for value in my experience.

At NL2 I would expect villain to have what they are representing. 4.

You have 9 outs (to a flush) against a 4.
Giving you odds of 9/46 approx 4:1
The bet of 7 / (9+7) gives you approx 2:1

The math then supports the fold unless you think you could get more money into the pot when another heart came (which I doubt)

Well played. I also think folding OTT is reasonable.

Hey - don't be sorry man - I think this is a good disciplined fold - Well played man! :f_thumbsup: So many players (me included) get sucked into chasing these draws.

Pre: Stats seem laggy I'd say you're ahead of his range which could mean a 3bet might be better, his min raise seems like a weak hand to me. On flop like this, he'd fold any week holding to cBet after calling 3bet pre (which he'd probably do)
Flop: Standard
Turn: Fold indeed, you'll find a way better spot to get value from this player.
