Hey Everyone,
I'm Elwin from NZ. Been playing poker for years, been a break even player at best. Had a big break from playing any poker over the last 2 years. Life get's in the way and I didn't have anyone around me who was into it. Recently I met a high stakes player who used to multitable 24 tables of NL100 and he got my spark going again.
Been playing again for a week, heard about poker strategy and thought I'd give it a crack.
Goal for this year is to move up to NL100, currently at NL2. Playing the proper bankroll management. I deposited $25USD on Stars 4 tabeling NL2 Zoom seems to work very well for me.
Also, dropped $30USD on PartyPoker since I heard the games there were very easy. This seems to be true, most players are recreational and have no idea what they are doing. Although the software sucks, which feels like -EV anyway.
That's a small intro for me. I'm up about $37 over 10K hands at NL2, let's see if I can get to NL5 by the end of January. If I move up every 2 months I'm playing NL100 by the end of the year and can actualy think about making some real money with this hobby!
