Call or raise vs lead turn TPWK + FD? And on the river is + ev to raise vs. the villain's lead?

I see no reason to donk flop. Also I would not raise river with non nut flush on a paired board, usually that is suicide.

There is something wrong with the flop play. I guess the part where he checked, before calling is deleted.

Given his stack he is probably a fish, so he can have a lot of hands in his c/c range (Ahigh, pairs, draws, Tx. e.t.c.)

I don`t see a reason to raise the turn bet. The value might be a bit thin and if he reraises, you will be in a very bad spot.

On the river i would just shove. He will most likely call any raise with Qx and Tx, so you will just lose value with the smaller size. (This is assuming that he is a fish - i wouldn`t raise vs regular)

I did not db the flop, he passed the action. I bet by value / protection (Top pair average Kicker). I'm not going to win much credit for this on a paired board, I get calls from smaller pairs and overcards. The reason I raised on the river was because of the bet values he made. For the time of action I interpreted the bets as value / protection, as a block bet. Nobody does block bet with nutz.

A good reg, you would not put yourself in that situation on the river, with those bet values. If he was a good reg, I would not raise either

If villain checked on flop, then it is ok to make a bet.
With a paired board and with our flush not nutted, I do not see a reason to raise on river. Just call and make a note.
As for your question - it depends on villain but maybe this:

He couldn't have donked having the advantage of position. I would consider raising the turn
