Hero (SB): $26.22 (104.9 bb)
BB: $35.45 (141.8 bb)
UTG: $23.22 (92.9 bb)
MP: $38.58 (154.3 bb)
CO: $25 (100 bb)
BTN: $48.01 (192 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with K♣: A♥:
UTG raises to $0.75, 3 folds, Hero raises to $2.50, BB folds, UTG calls $1.75

Flop: ($5.25) K♦: 5♠: 7♥: (2 players)
Hero bets $2.51, UTG calls $2.51

Turn: ($10.27) 4♠: (2 players)
Hero bets $5.50, UTG calls $5.50

River: ($21.27) 8♠: (2 players)
Hero bets $15.71 and is all-in, UTG calls $12.71 and is all-in

Preflop: 3betting for value. UTG plays 67/67 in 3 hands and is practically unknown, but I've marked him as a potential fish because was playing with a broken stack.

Flop: Cbetting for value.

Turn: Cbetting for value again and planning to fold vs a raise.

River: Flushdraws completted and 6x came there (he might have 66 and maybe 76, even 65). He might also have some slowplayed sets (not often, though). Overall, I think I have to check/fold because TP and worse are probably checking back and there are not alot of busted draws. The only argument for betting would be that he is probably a fish and maybe villing to call with KQ-KT, TT-99. What do you think?

if he played 2/3 hands already and now with this hand it is 3 of 4 hands he is super likely a fish especially considering his stack.
Obviously if he calls all of his Kx combos you have a clear value bet. But if he folds such hands you are burning money. So since we don't have info if he is folding Kx on such a bad runout I would go for a smaller size like 33% bet size to make sure that he calls all Kx and maybe some midpairs and would fold vs raise.

Betting small is my choice too. You give a chance to all Kx hands to stay and want to see what do you have.
