Hi,

PokerSnowie considers the rake, which changes depending on the blind levels. The rake incorporated in the training was an average of the rake that was applied by the major poker sites.

Thanks,
Roberto

Hi,

PokerSnowie supports only original hand histories, as saved directly from the poker clients. We cannot guarantee that any third party software export, like for example Holdem Manager are supported as well. Unfortunately it's not easy to maintain the support for all the poker sites, skins, especially at this time where several sites are also rebranding. Moreover, third party software like Holdem Manager occasionally export hands with some minor modifications with respect to the original files, which causes problems to our import engine.

If you believe that the original hand histories are not supported by PokerSnowie, please send an email to support@pokersnowie.com, attaching a few samples, and our technical team will look into it.

Thanks,

The PokerSnowie Team

Hi,

this is the list of supported sites: http://www.pokersnowie.com/faq.html#pokersnowie1

If you are unsure, you could send some hand histories sample to our support (support@pokersnowie.com) for a final confirmation. Or you could register for a PokerSnowie free trial and try it.

We are also always open to consider the implementation of new sites if any of our customer need it.

Thanks,
The PokerSnowie Team

Hi,

thanks. We are aware that in certain situations the Tip is confusing, and we are working on this. Usually this happens when you pick a betsize for a raise which is not the optimal betsize in PokerSnowie's opinion. Is that the case also here?

We have this case already in our to-do list. Please keep in mind that the tips are still in a beta phase and need more improvements during time.

Thanks,

The PokerSnowie Team

PokerSnowie requires an Internet connection.

The answer to all question is yes.

The only comment we would do is that PokerSnowie has a known weakness in some special HU situations when playing with shallow stacks. We are working on improvint it.

Thanks,

Hi,

there are occasionally certain specific situations when playing shallow stacks, in the range of a dozen BB or less, where PokerSnowie might be not 100% accurate. Those situations are typically possibile to solve with a GTO tool.

Thanks,

Hey I have a q about pokersnowie software
Is it possible to select to only play the same spot over and over to practice/perfect my strat on different boards? So let's say I want to simulate a real game (snowie does his thing to react vs my actions), only that I want to practice BUvBB, so every hand I am dealt in the BTN in a 6max table where I can raise first in.
Is this possible?
If not, anyone know other software where it is?

Hi,

this concept is already in our to-do list, as many customers suggested it.

Thanks!
The PokerSnowie Team

Hello and thanks for getting back on the thread!

So when you say on your to-do list, roughly how long does that take until it's actually implemented?
I think it would be a very popular feature, I would buy the software for this feature alone.

Thanks

Hi,

this is a difficult question, as the priorities on our to-do list change often, depending on several factors.

No promises, but if nothing special will change, we would aim to have it by the end of the year. But like I said, don't use this post against us in a tribunal :-)

Thanks,
The PokerSnowie Team

Hello, has this been integrated yet?

Hi,

so far we have been unable to put this feature in our to-do list, but like we said, we are aiming to have it by the end of the year (though, no promises).

Thanks,

Yeah, I see

The thing is that our plans change often. In 2016 we did quite some stuff in fact, including a new AI update.

I confirm it's in our list of potential stuff to implement.

Thank you,
The PokerSnowie Team
