Imo flop sizing is too big. I would not bet even OTT. Your hand is not that great, turn card is not the best one, you will isolate yourself against better range.
After he calls your turn bet I think AT+ is not that realistic.

Check flop is also an option. If betting the flop Id bet smaller + check behind turn.
As played I dont think you have a value bet on the river but if you think he'll fold 99, TT the bet looks ok.

The river bet is totally wrong. It is a bet that will be called if and only if you are beat. An outside chance that he once per year folds 99 or once per year calls with A7 does not in any way justify this bet. Big mistake.

I do not like the river bet too.
Villain will call with Kx and hands that beat you. Your hand has showdown value and we should be glad to take it there.
