When you play without stats it is fold. But he has vpip=36, fold to 3bet = 0%, so that's why I think push could be good idea. You can also take a look at equilations, but I'm not sure if his hand range is correct:

IMHO your given range is way to loose, if that player was a solid regular, I had no doubts in folding, but as I was saying, some donks make such plays just for fun with trash, so I'm crying about that "dead" money, however I guess folding was ok.

ive only started learning stats so im very unsure about this analysis. maybe the experienced ones can help us. but i'll take a crack at it.

looking at preflop stats, villain is very loose but passive, preferring to limp most of the time, but rarely betting himself. is this right? pls feel free to correct me. also another related question, how many hands before i can start to trust the stats?

however, when in doubt, imo, you cant go wrong with good solid poker.

its true that donks do sometime make that weird play for fun. but dont you also see them also limping those AA and KK and reraising? (hah, just bitter, happened to me twice today.

I see Limp 28% EP and 3bet 20% (5 cases) thus I only can give myself arguments for shoving Nines here in this spot and make a note of what the hell is doing this.

Sure he can have monsters but I mostly think this is a marginal hand like Medium PPs and/or broadways
