tonight was just one of those nights were doesn't matter what hand I played I wasn't going to win the pot and if I did it was worth the effort to steal the BB. even if I hit big they don't hit anything so its a bet fold. even the calling stations haven't been calling, the nits and tags never calling unless they have the nuts. so minus 1.5 stakes after a 1200 hands.
I'm just moaning and crying I'm a shite player and just cant get the cards.
what do you guys do when your getting AQ AK and bla bla bla against calling stations but miss the flop entirely cant cbet he just calls check fucking fold that's what I do check fold check fold check fold. need to hit the board against calling stations no two ways about it, if your going to the river with the guy you have to have a hand that will go to the river. even just a pair. but then he hits 2 pair just to fuck with ya. not having fun at the moment.
ive gone from $20 to 160. touched $200 twice and fell down twice. and tonight it happened again.
$125 on nl5 at 20bb/100 10,000 hands
$35 on nl10 at 1.4bb/100 over 21,000 hands this is stupid and ridiculous. I am having a lot of bad beats of this level. and I'm just moaning now but I actually am having a lot of bad beats. I need to start from the beginning again. I can get it too 6bb/100 in a could of stakes so I realise 20,000 hands is no indication but its just destroying me when these beats and well against me. I looked at my graph earlier the all-in % was at $25 but my c-won was at minus $5 how is that fair. I really don't mind the occasional bad beat that's what they are there for. but fuck me when you have several its just stupid. losing 90/10 then losing 80/20 over and over again is just murder.

Don´t get frustrated, downswings will always be there :). Take a break for few days, that will help.
I bet because i wasnt a happy boy that he might have rivered 2 pair.
My thoughts at the time were i would rather bet a small amount and fold to a raise than check and let him choose the amount to bet. Also this guy was calling second pair bad kicker on other hands but just not with me.
Well, if he is a calling station, then I guess it´s ok to bet the river. But standardly, TT hasn´t 3 streets of value there.

I have done. Ive been at work for a few days. Ive only played 500 hands. Had to get off straight away. That tipped me over the edge. Very quickly!

Risdual tilt. Tilt that hasn't left you since the last session meaning you tilt quicker in the next one.

Have you read The Mental Game of Poker 1&2? Those helped me with tiltin. Tilt is the worst thing at the tables, it doesn't matter how good you are if you make mistakes when you are tilted.
If we look at this hand: If villain was a reg instead of a fish, he wouldn't probably shove with any hands but if he did his range would most likely be QQ,99. So actually when you go broke here you have to realize you are very often already behind. Now you were lucky that you were ahead of both players, but when there is 2 villains you will win this only 70%. So if you lose 1/3 this isn't really a big suckout. It will happen quite often.
I know it sucks to lose like that but you have got to realize that it is normal and just move on. Because that is going to happen to you maaaany times. This is why we have bankroll management and why we have to play hundreds of thousands of hands to get a realistic winrate.
Lol 122 hands. AA 3 times, every time lost a full buy in to random f***ing hands that called a 4bet. The tilt breaker locked me out for 1 hour. Might just fold AA pre....

I raise TT from UTG+1 and get 3bet from a really tight guy, so I have a really easy setmine. Flop JT2, he had JJ.
AK on AK4 against 44 ofcourse.
CO raised 3x, I pot 3bet with KK from BU and BB cold calls 76s. Flop Q77.
I know, variance etc etc... but over just 8 minutes?? Thats a cooler every 2 minutes
I had 3 sessions on the run where I literally got sucked out on AA vs JJ QQ's vs 10's AK vs A9 etc. I find that stopping ad listening to music helps me get back on focus
