OTT you could indeed make a small donk. I have seen Snowie use that line in many spots. It works as a block bet and folds out many of villains draws that would otherwise get a free card (when they check behind OTT).
As played you could bet small OTR and fold vs a raise, or then check call. I think check raising is quite bad. You said you think he has mostly busted draws (but 56 and A5 just got there) and then you said you get value from 9x (and I believe 9x will fold vs a raise). So your river raise will be called only by better hands imo -> no reason to raise.

i agree river is XC, if he was bluffing he is not calling your raise and he might fold the hands he overplayed on the flop. Its worth taking a note of his play

I dont know if you picked up the fact this guy has really fishy stats and he was playing 1 table which is why i think i can bet/raise the river for value.
My plan was to actually raise / fold but i leveled myself thinking he could go broke with any overpair.

So what? On river fish usually tells the truth. With your 1p hand you do not want a big pot...

I checked this hand with Snowie and it would lead 25%pot OTT. This is something I haven't seen much on the tables but Snowie uses it. And when I stop to think about it, it makes sense imo. Villain will raise draws OTF, so when we lead small OTT we get value from those draws and don't let him see any free cards. And if he re-raises it is pretty clear we can fold. That move probably costs us less money than check calling. I don't think it is a bad move.

Still not sure if this is the best line against this villain.

Well, I do not like to increase the pot when villain has shown aggression.
This is unnatural to me. Plus if we have a strong hand, we would stack on flop...

On this board texture fishy villains are raising a ton of hands we crush.. I bet the turn to save giving a free card to all the draws.. Although I wouldn;t be leading 25% like Snowie I would be leading around 45-50% pot OTT

Why?

villian is the biggest fish in the universe. if he likes to go to the showdown, than reraise the flop.

Villain raises us OTF. Even if he is a fish he looks passive and his raise can be strong. My idea with a small turn raise was to get good fold equity with a small bet and use it as a block bet also. Your goal would be to get as much money in as possible, which I think is not a good idea in this spot.

Villain MIN raise us on the flop. What a fish at micros could have here? - 9x, draws and almost never a strong hand. What strong hand villain eventually might have otf after he limp calls preflop - 33, 44 - 6 combos (which I do not believe, as the fishes just don't play there strong hands like that).
His PFR is not 0, so most often he is raising 99 preflop.

You put the ranges and calculate the equity.
