Going to do some off-table work today in the evening. I have been working out for the last 3 weeks 3-4 times a week + eating clean and it realy has an effect on how I play in the tables. I can reccomend it to anyone.

River; he should not have many straights or flushes in his range when he checks the river. Hitting the top set and going for value from 2p and worse sets otr. xback river is a mistake even though the board is terrible. As he is a rec. he can probably even call off with some bad TP hands.

Turn is interesting. Do we have 3 streets value? No. I bet pot on the turn to decrease x/r frequency and get max value from some draws. p+draw and some TP hands that can still call. And he is also a rec. so I expect to get called from all of those hands still, and after potting the turn easy xb any river. Imo pot sized bet has max ev here.

Todays session. This run will turn around someday, its coming for sure. I feel super good about my game atm. I have improved so much in the last 6months. Also my mindset is completely different than 6 months ago.

Todays grind started roughly by getting QQvKK bvb, top set vs flopped straight in3bp and some similliar setups but managed to make a little profit in the end. (some nl20 hands and some nl10 hands so looks negative in bb;s) Also spewwed like 80bb in one hand that should have been fold. Watched 2 coaching videos.

Lost some hands where I was a nice favorite and stacks in ott + got once QQvKK bvb once again.
So far today: EV+230,won 21.
last session got some ev back.: -120bb, ev -200. Kept running into peoples top ranges in small pots. eg I have AT and action is bet/bet/xb and they just have the better hand every time (AJ, rivered 10% eq etc.). lost AK vs 99 AIPF but won KK vs AA AIPF... Not going to post graphs or update this blog so often anymore after each session, I think that it keeps me too focused on the results and its just a bit waste of my time. I will update the played hours though.

If you think about how many Ax villain has, he should not have that many at all. I'd expect decent amount of his Ax that bets turn like (AJ,AQ,AK) 3b pre at semi high frequency. He should have most backdoor diamonds as a bluff and we don't block any which is good. Our hand is really at the top of our range so just call for the price. Also our range is kinda capped so he might overbluff here if he goes for max. exploit vs average player here.
I like his bluff though.

Start of 2k17. Not too fun. First had a ~11bin ds and then got some of it back at the end. Losing around 8 bins at all-in preflops. mainly from hands like above + stuff like QQvKK bvb and KK vs AA. GG. Losing almost every all-in. Getting into top ranges. Villains hitting almost every 1+outer. Around 10bin under ev this month.

I have not been playing a lot of poker. Have played few sessions, ev + but results always in negative. I'm getting sick of poker (mainly because of this run) so I have been practising trading sports odds.
Maybe a bit offtopic but yeah I guess that its ok because this is a blog:
Just one example of a trade I just closed. Yesterday evening opened position by backing Strasbourg at 1,92 and closed positon just before kick-off by selling at 1,83. Saw the dropping trend coming by street bookies starting to drop the odds + heavy backing volume + recent form+ public opinion seemed to be to be back Strasbourg so I just "rided" with the trend. Got in at the blue circle and out at the green circle.
To be continued. Now going to play a session of poker + then look for possible positions to open in the betting market for tomorrow to leave on overnight.

I had to take 2 weeks off. Anyways played today one 30 min session of nl5 for the stars card hunt promo. Got +0,2 from the promo and almost 2 bins from the tables. 
So I was 1 week and 1 day without poker.
One trade again, +4,8% about 40 minutes before game kick-off:

Weird rise in odds for fo Sheff Wed for no reason, backed them at the start of the downfall and then layed off later when the odds shortened like expected. Other than that a few trades like +2e and one -2e so overall ok day.
Profit from trading so far about 250€ 
I bought 150€ of Chelsea @1,92 today for the FA cup on 13.3. I think that the odds will shorten when the gameday gets closer because Zlatan got banned from Manchester United. Now at 1,93 though but I think that they will drop when the mug punters see that Zlatan is gone 
Also bought some Tottenham earlier this week at 1,22 and it is now dropped to 1,2:f_thumbsup: Hope that the downfall continues.
