Pre-flop open against 1 limp isn’t bad I think with Q9o. It could be profitable in position.
As played I would go for it on the flop after the big lead of the SB with top 2 pair and with his big sizing I would even shove. You need to invest almost half your remaining stack with raising.

This is the bottom of my iso-raising range.
OTF his big donk can be a mid pair, but it can also be a set. Although you block 99 and QQ. I'm not sure if it would be good to raise and stack off there. I think it might be fine, but calling is not terrible either?
OTT you maybe could bet a bit bigger?
OTR, theoretically you have to defend almost 70% of your range to be unexploitable. Your hand is easily in that range. But since villains line looks quite strong and he probably is bluffing less than he should, I think we can make an exploitative fold.
