[NL2] QQ set on a straighish board

First of all I recommend removing the outcome of the hand next time or put it in a spoiler.

Until the river the hand played himself, but the river card is ugly for us. I expect a valuebet isn’t bad against a unknown on NL2, but if he’s raising you only beat a bluff I think with the backdoor flush draw and some straights he can have and I don’t think he will bluff enough and I would fold the river. Another option would be to check/call to keep the pot smaller.

Do you have stats for villain?
On this board you can either bet/ fold or xc if size is not big.

Cbetting flop and turn was fine, you didn't give him the chance to complete his draws for free, otr at NL2 when you're raised (and villain isn't a maniac-ish type), especially on these boards, you're beat most of the time as villains don't raise bluff otr in the micros. So either b/f and a bit bigger than 40% pot like you did, or x/c depending on the sizing.

he is very rarely bluffing vs strong line and there are almost no hands that would R here for value that u dominate(apart from 3 combos 77), so u can fold vs raise.
I like your line and size otr but you should plan river as a bet fold, regardless of villain's size. X/C OTR here is pretty horrible since i doubt villain is re-opening action with enough bluffs and value hands to make this line profitable.

The river is a check call if villain bets small. Or then you can bet small and fold vs a raise. Now there are some straights and flush possible, river raises are often very strong. You can't bet call.
