Well, I don't have any special favorite so it is AA I guess

I love pairs of 10s and up. Pocket Aces are obviously my favorite because it's a guaranteed high pair if the flop is horrible for everyone at the table. I know pocket aces or pocket kings aren't a guarantee that I will own the table but it's a great motivator in the beginning - pocket twos are laughable in comparison, but I have won plenty hands with pocket twos.
