888 Poker - 50/100 Ante 10 NL - Holdem - 7 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

UTG+1: 40.5 BB (VPIP: 66.67, PFR: 46.67, 3Bet Preflop: 25.00, Hands: 15)
MP: 12.65 BB (VPIP: 15.29, PFR: 10.71, 3Bet Preflop: 5.88, Hands: 86)
MP+1: 6.75 BB (VPIP: 26.67, PFR: 7.14, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 15)
CO: 50.35 BB (VPIP: 28.95, PFR: 18.92, 3Bet Preflop: 21.43, Hands: 38)
Hero (BTN): 5.65 BB
BB: 6.15 BB (VPIP: 32.69, PFR: 3.92, 3Bet Preflop: 3.85, Hands: 52)
UTG: 12.95 BB (VPIP: 14.15, PFR: 10.66, 3Bet Preflop: 7.94, Hands: 212)

7 players post ante of 0.1 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.7 BB) Hero has T♣ Q♣

fold, fold, fold, fold, CO raises to 7 BB, Hero calls 5.55 BB and is all-in, BB calls 5.05 BB and is all-in

Flop: (18.35 BB, 3 players) 5♠ K♣ 4♦

Turn: (18.35 BB, 3 players) 7♠

River: (18.35 BB, 3 players) J♠

In spots like this one I think that my hand is too good to be folded, but I don't really consider that a random player will almost certainly not push wide enough. I am struggling with assigning correct range to analyse in ICMIZER. How should approach spots like this one?

This is a good pushing hand if no one has opened before you. He is pushing the effective stack here and considering his stats and position I think he does this with 22+,A2s+,K7s+,Q8s+,J9s+,T9s,98s,A5o+,K9o+,QTo+,JTo, so your hand against his range wins 43% of the time. But you also need to consider the BB behind you who has clear calling station stats where he could call with any cards that seem strong enough for these kind of players. I think here its a fold, you will have a chance to get a better spot with 5bbs left before you hit the next orbit

The BB stats are indeed passive, but I don’t think he would call for his tournament life a wide range. Most of the time they would call to tight I think, but still it will be a close decision with QTs against the big stack, but I would most likely still stack off. Off course this will be the bottom of my calling range.
