I don’t think you played the hand bad here. The turn is a terrible card for us and I don’t see much value when every Q makes a straight. You can consider to make a thin value shove on the river, but that’s the only thing.

It's ok the line for me. The opponent seems passive. I will bet small on the river and usually you will get value from this kind of players even from a T or J.

I like the way you played on the Flop but based on the heavily drawy board i might had shoved, based on the fact you're against 2 players (rather 1) and the pot is already big (40% of your stack).
There's literally about 30% of cards that can freeze the action on the Turn and it came.
Your betting on the flop is pretty close to 30% of your remaining stack so you're close to pot-commit on a heavily drawy board against 2.
As played i would bet small the Turn to get a free River.
